Work Schedule:
Two shifts of 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week.
Arrow RSC Offers:
Hourly Rate: 32 PLN net for the first 2 months, increasing to 33 PLN net from the 3rd month.

Job Description:
The company produces elements for offshore wind towers, mining platforms designed for extreme offshore conditions, and large-scale metal structures for various purposes.
Assembly of metal elements (steel structures from 10 to 40 mm, black steel).
Candidate Requirements:
Experience as a welder or fitter (certificate preferred, but if not available, training and certification are provided).
Experience in the metalworking industry (knowledge of fitting and welding techniques).
Ability to read technical drawings.
Communicative Polish language skills.
Tests:
Horizontal weld using the 135 method.
Vertical weld using the 135 method.
Root pass using the 136 method.
Metal thickness up to 10 mm.
